About the Position:
Hiring a Concrete Plant Manager, responsible for the oversight of all aspects of plant manufacturing, including production quotas, quality analysis/control, materials scheduling, equipment maintenance, inventory and personnel management.
This Plant Manager role will be given the opportunity to grow an operation from $25M to over $80M
and offered career advancement into the Executive Operations level.

Requirements:
o Must have 10
years of prior experience in the Structural Concrete industry.
o Must have 5
years of prior Plant Management experience.
o Must have experience operating a plant of $25M or more.
o Must possess an understanding of all aspects of concrete production, mechanical equipment, production, and maintenance.
Salary:
$26 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
