We are looking for an independent thinker, self-motivated, self-starter, a resilient individual that possesses a high level of energy and great attention to detail.
In addition to being a quick learner, this new hire should have good written and verbal skills and be well organized.
This is a primarily work-from-home position.
You are preferred to have a 27 or larger monitor, keyboard & mouse for use with our company laptop.
If you are picking up your equipment, we can loan you a monitor, keyboard & mouse as well as the laptop.
You must have high-speed internet.
Qualifications:
1.
Must Be Outgoing, Reliable, Punctual, and Dependable in both work produced and attendance - Clock in on time and work the total number of hours agreed upon.
2.
Experience in both successfully working independently as well as being part of a team and maintaining a positive working environment.
3.
Able to effectively communicate with persons at all levels of business.
4.
Have good written and verbal communications skills with the ability to read, understand instructions, and maintain written reports/records.
5.
Tech-Savvy - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and learning new programs quickly.
6.
Strong organizational skills and self-discipline.
7.
Ability to handle frequent interruptions and multi-task.
Ability to establish priorities effectively.
8.
Must have excellent writing skills 9.
Must be able to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality.
10.
Knowledge of caregiving (in agency), and special needs individuals a plus! 11.
Must be over the age of 18, have a Valid Driver's License, and be able to clear a Criminal Background Check (7-10 years) and Drug Screen.
12.
Willing to perform other tasks and jobs as assigned and needed You must be Flexible and willing to work and learn on the fly! You should be comfortable with software and technology and be an overall organized person.
